Corey Damen Jenkins’s lighting collection for Eichholtz studies the ornamental splendor of the 1920s and translates it into a cascading chandelier. Jenkins, an ELLE Decor A-List designer, is best known for his rich interiors and refined maximalism at his New York City-based design firm, Corey Damen Jenkins & Associates. In his new collection with Eichholtz, Jenkins crafted a chandelier with hand-cast glass feathers and a form that recalls the plumed fans and jeweled headdresses of flapper-era fêtes.
Descending from a circular brass frame, the ribbed texture of the glass softens the light into a warm, atmospheric glow. The metal band, reminiscent of a crown or coronet, anchors the piece with architectural simplicity. In tandem, the two elements create a silhouette that feels both regal and cinematic.
This chandelier, which also comes as a larger pendant or wall sconce, marries architectural simplicity with an organic rhythm, shimmering with couture-like iridescence and adding opulent elegance to any space, whether a Parisian ballroom or a chic powder room.
